3. We usually get around town by river boat, Skytrain, or walking, so we spend little time sitting in traffic.

4. We feel very safe everywhere in Thailand, day or night!

Weather: The best weather months are Dec-Feb, with March close behind. This is the cool, dry season. The average high in these 4 months is 90 & the average low is 73. Best of all, the average number of rainy days in Dec & Jan is only 1 day. The average in Feb & Mar is only 3 days. By contrast, (1) the average high in April is 95 & the average low is 79, & (2) the average number of rainy days in Sep (the height of monsoon season) is 21!
